6.3 Compliance. Prior to approval of shipment, the contractor should submit to the contracting officer or authorized representative satisfactory evidence that the proposed baghouse to be furnished under this specification meets the applicable requirements 29 CFR, Part 1910.
6.3.1 OSHA requirements. Acceptable evidence of meeting the requirements of 29 CFR, Part 1910, should be the receipt of a manufacturer's certificate of compliance, stating the equipment procured with this specification is in accordance with the applicable requirements of
29 CFR, Part 1910, as applicable. Such evidence should be acceptable to the contracting officer.
